
HS Marching Band Essentials 2025
Important Details
Hello and welcome to the 2025 Marching Band Season!
As part of the Marching Band, students receive essential items to provide them with the tools needed for a successful season. Over the course of 4 years, this annual fee manages to pay for all of the items.
Included every year:

Blue Band tee shirt

Show Specific tee shirt

Dot Books (Binders for Front Ensemble)

Color Guard Gloves
-
Gauntlets & Gloves (when deemed necessary by Director)

Show Uniform (when different from official Marching Band uniform)
Some entitlements are limited to 2 over a 4 year period (9th-12th):

Guard Shoes

Guard Unitard
All first-year students receive:

Championship Jacket
Some of the items differ depending on which section your student is in. Please select your student's ensemble to ensure your student receives all items with appropriate sizes and in a timely manner:
Essentials Form

Fill out the required Student Essentials Form below for your student.

Due Date is June 1, 2025

You must complete the checkout process to finish registration.

To submit payment with credit/debit, follow the instructions to check out. Note: you do not need a PayPal account to complete the transaction. Just fill in your customer info to checkout as a guest.

If you are sending cash or check (made payable to SFMA) in with your student, you must fill in your customer info, select Continue, and select the Offline Payment button at checkout. Have your student give their payment to Mr. Walls.

You can use your fundraising points to pay for this! To check your student's balance, contact assistant.treasurer@springfordmusic.org. To use points, follow the steps for sending cash or check for the checkout process to register your student and submit the SPA withdrawal form found here to Mr. Walls.
