Thank you for choosing to be a vendor at our December 7, 2025 event! Registration deadline is November 30.

Instructions & Important Information:

1) Complete the registration form.

2) Proceed to payment section. Tables are limited, they are

first come, first serve.

  • Debit/Credit payments must go through PayPal. No account needed.

  • Venmo is also accepted through the PayPal payment link. You can checkout as a guest. Once you fill out your contact info, a Venmo option will appear. 

  • We accept checks made out and mailed to:

3) Cancellation policy: If you must cancel, please let us know so we can give your space to a wait-listed vendor. The refund policy structure is:

Now through November 1st - Full refund

November 1 - 10 - 50% refund

November 10 - 20 - 25% refund

Cancellation or no show after Nov 20 - No refund

WAITLISTED VENDORS SHALL RECEIVE FULL REFUND IF WE CAN'T MAKE ROOM 

YOUR REGISTRATION IS NOT COMPLETE UNTIL WE RECEIVE PAYMENT.

 

PAPARAZZI & SCENTSY VENDORS: We have Paparazzi & Scentsy vendors registered. If you'd like to join the waitlist in case of cancellation, please register and you will be notified if the space opens up. If not, you will receive full refund.
