Registration deadline is Friday, April 30th

If you have chosen a teammate, please make sure your teammate also registers before the deadline! If you don't have a teammate, don't worry. We will set you up with someone else who is also in need of one. If you find one after you register, just let us know and we will make a note.

Prior to the tournament, we will be borrowing cornhole sets and beanbags to use. If you select yes, please drop off your set at the Away Stand in the football stadium on Wednesday, April 28 from 6-8pm. We need to ensure we have the proper amount of boards & bean bags in order to make this tournament successful.

Also, this is an incredible fundraising opportunity for your Orlando trip in March 2022! How? This tournament is set up as a triple elimination bracket, so every team will play a minimum of 3 games. Once registered, you will receive an email with a pledge form. You can collect pledges from family members, friends, co-workers, etc. Your donors can pledge per game or a fixed amount for your entire tournament play. You have the potential to earn a large portion (or the entire cost) for Orlando 2022!!! After the tournament, show your bracket (this will be posted on SpringFordMusic.org) to your donors and collect their pledges.

To register for this event all you need to do is the following:

• Click the "Register Now" button below

• Fill out our registration form to include your name, phone, email, and who your partner is

• Provide your name, phone number, email address, and team name. You may also enter the name of your partner and your team name

• Pay for your tickets. Once complete you will receive an email which will serve as your ticket for the event. Please remember that full payment is required prior to attending the event
